We provide absolute legal Pokémon. You will never need to worry about being banned. Enjoy your game freely with our service!
Can you provide other Pokémon's as well?
We are selling Pokémon's for Scarlet & Violet generation 9 includes Legendary, Shiny and regular Pokémon's plus held items for now, but in near future we will sell Pokémon's in all generations such as: Legends Arceus, Sword & Shield and Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl.
Will these Pokémon break my game in any way?
No, all Pokémon are 100% legal an d caught in-game. We do not sell any Pokémon that do not exist legally in the game. All our Pokémon are transferrable to your Pokémon game.
How I will track my order?
Simply click in the text in top left om our home page to track you order, or, Go to Your Orders. Go to the order you want to track. Select your order.
Can I get a free Shiny Pokémon with my purchase?
Yes, you may get ONE Free Pokémon PER order of $20 or more! This excludes any Legendary Pokémon.
Can we choose what moves our Pokémon has?
Yes for some Pokémon's, within the order page you can choose (Customize) So we can know which move you need within your ordered Pokémon.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept PayPal for now, but we will add more Payment methods in the future.
Will you Delivery fast?
We have a reliable delivery team that is ready at any time. We guarantee that all orders will arrive within the promised time.
Do you have support pre and after sales?

When will my order be delivered?
We will make the delivery soon after we confirm the order. The waiting time is usually within 5 minutes, not over one hour.
Possible reasons for not receiving the order confirmation:
- You put an incorrect email address.
- The email is mistagged to your spam folder.
- Your email server blocks our emails.
Why does my order not arrive within the promised time?
The delivery may delay because of some unexpected reasons. We will inform you via email when the delivery delays. You can reply to the email or contact us on Live Chat. We ensure a 24/7 instant response.
Possible reasons for the order delay:
- Server is updating/fixing/maintaining.
- The internet connection is unstable.
- You put incorrect trade link information.

How does trading work in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?
Step 1: Press the X button and click on Poke Portal.
Step 2: Make sure to press L to connect to the internet.
Step 3: Navigate to Link Trade option and input the Link Code you'll receive from us on the order confirmation screen. Then click on the Begin Searching button.
Please begin searching as soon as you get the code, as the trade times out within 30 seconds.
Can I sell Pokémon or trade my existing Pokémon for a different one with you?
Sorry but the answer is No! We are a digital shop and have all Pokémon in stock always thanks to our round-the-clock staff members who play on a daily basis!
